Norwalk RTC votes unanimously to support South Norwalk Charter School ProposalPosted: Tuesday, November 25, 2008
On Monday, November 24th, the Norwalk Republican Town Committee held a meeting and was given a presentation by Pastor Lindsay Curtis regarding the proposed South Norwalk Charter School.
“I am very pleased to announce that after the presentation by Pastor Curtis, the Norwalk RTC voted unanimously to support the proposed South Norwalk Charter School. We hope that the action last night continues to spur other community groups to come together and support this great project for the children of Norwalk,” states Chairman Art Scialabba
Several members of the RTC pledged to support the new school financially and will encourage others in the community to join in that support.
